The Vance Gate Repair Spring Guarantee
We’ve repaired and installed more than 22,000 gates since 2014, and every single job left with a written price handed over before work began and a photo record when the technician pulled out of the driveway. That’s not a marketing line. That’s how Adrian Vance built this company from commercial access-control work, and it’s how we still operate in Spring today. If we touch your gate, we stand behind it for a full year under our 365-Day Done Right Promise. Anything we didn’t get right, we make right. No argument, no invoice, no expiration date inside that window.
What’s Covered
When we say guaranteed, we mean specific things. Here’s what every Spring customer gets in writing before we start and in documentation before we leave:
- Workmanship for a full year. If a repair we performed fails within 365 days due to our work, we return and correct it at no charge under the 365-Day Done Right Promise.
- Written pricing before the first tool comes out. The flat price is on paper and in your hand before any work starts. No “call for a quote” after the fact, no surprise invoice at the end. That’s Haven Standard Clause 1.
- Documented photo record on every visit. You get photographed evidence of what was found, what was adjusted, and what was replaced, left with you and filed in our job record. That’s Haven Standard Clause 4, and it’s included at no additional charge.
- Parts transparency. We write down the part number installed, what brand it is, and why we used it. If a manufacturer defect surfaces later, you’ll know exactly what was put on your gate.
- On-time arrival, communicated. Your technician’s name and photo are sent before arrival. You know who’s coming, what they look like, and when to expect them.
- Cleanup included. We don’t leave shavings, old parts, or grease smears behind. The work area looks like we weren’t there, except the gate works.
Our Satisfaction Promise

If something isn’t right with a repair or installation we completed, call the number on your paperwork. A live person answers 24/7, not a voicemail tree. We’ll send a background-checked, uniformed technician back to your Spring property to look at it. If the problem traces to our workmanship within 365 days, the fix is free. Period.
If you got a written estimate from another gate company and want a second set of eyes before you spend, bring us the paperwork. We’ll review it at no cost. Adrian’s been doing this since 2014, and he’d rather show you what’s actually wrong with your gate than have you pay for a repair you don’t need. That’s the whole premise: an honest answer, documented, with a written price you can hold us to.
Before
AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as strong as the company behind it. Vance Gate Repair Spring is licensed and insured, which means when we commit to the 365-Day Done Right Promise, there’s a real business standing behind the paperwork, not a pickup truck and a hope. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, dispatched with a name and photo before they arrive. You’re not letting a stranger onto your Spring property; you’re letting a documented professional whose work history sits in our job records. That’s the difference between a warranty that lives on paper and one that answers the phone at 2 a.m.
How the 365-Day Done Right Promise Works

You don’t have to register anything, mail a card, or remember a claim number. If you believe our work isn’t holding up the way it should, here’s the process:
- Call us. (346) 488-1637. A person answers, any hour.
- We’ll schedule a return visit. The same documentation standard applies: written summary of what we’ll check and why.
- We inspect the original work. Our job records and photo log show exactly what was done, when, and by whom.
- If it’s our workmanship, we fix it. No fee, no debate, within the 365-day window.
If you’re still deciding, here’s the simplest way to think about it. A gate repair company that won’t put its pricing in writing before the job starts probably won’t stand behind the work after it’s done either. We do both. Vance Gate Repair Spring has operated that way since 2014, and it’s why homeowners in Spring keep our number in their gate opener manual.
